This confidential Gestetner study of Nazi Germany’s para-military National Socialist Motor Corps (Estimated wartime strength of 700,000 men) was compiled by Counter Intelligence in preparation for the occupation of Germany. This report illustrates what the Allies learned about this Nazi Party formation that could acquire any motor vehicle in occupied territory, and controlled car ownership in Germany proper. According to this report the NSDAP presented a counterintelligence problem and should not be under estimated.
