Cobra CN4 450 mm Single Pan Gas Noodle CookerHigh-performance noodle cooker with patented infrared burner and five baskets.The Cobra CN4 is a 450 mm wide single-pan gas noodle cooker built for fast, continuous noodle and pasta production. A patented infrared burner delivers rapid water recovery so the pan returns to a rolling boil quickly between batches. The 40 litre open pan is made from 1.5 mm 316 grade stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, with an integrated water faucet for pan filling and starch skimming during service. Five stainless steel noodle baskets (140 mm diameter, 150 mm deep) are included along with a hinged basket drain tray and removable basket support tray. The millivolt gas valve system requires no electrical supply – just a gas and cold water connection. Fully modular and suite-matching with the Cobra 800 mm depth range.
